Kirtan Oza

Kirtan is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Commerce Postgraduate from the Gujarat University. He as a Partner at OZA PATEL & DOSHI, leads the Direct and Internation Taxation practice of the Firm in addition to his active involvement in Corporate Audits.

Kirtan is also an associate member of CPA Australia. With over four years of experience in public accounting, he has handled over a hundred offshore clients in Accounting and Taxation.

With extensive knowledge of international taxation, Kirtan also has a practical exposure in Mergers and Acquisitions of listed corporations and establishing Permanent Establishments (PE) for foreign entities.

Kirtan has successfully handled many Search and Seizures Cases in the areas of Direct and Indirect Taxation. Kirtan also brings expertise  in the areas of Special Audit, Internal Audit and Management Audit.
